Guardian Login Account Registration

I have at least 2 families that I know of who have created accounts, but are not showing up on my Guardian Login Account Registration report. I am concerned there are more that I do not know about. How can I make sure that everyone who has created accounts is on that list?

We are rolling out this weekend! I am nervous and excited all at once!

Thanks Brad. Alex got back to me. I accidentally posted first as a Blog, thinking I was posting as a question. I understand the process better now. Thank you for your response!

Great question Michelle. Parents will only show up on the report if they selected your organization as the referral organization when they created their accounts. If they forgot, or left it blank, they won't show up on the report.

No worries though, as soon as they check in for the first time, they will automatically be associated with your organization and you will be able to view their information.

We're excited for your rollout too! Remember, we have support available on Sunday mornings if you need us for anything!
