You can export the MIA report into an Excel list. Once it is in that format, you can use the filter to show you just who is absent.

Currently there isn't any way to do this. This is actually simple in concept, but difficult to do since KidCheck collects information on who was here, not who wasn't here. It's kind of like asking the system to "tell me…

I take it then that there isn't a way to show absent for x number of days anywhere else? I would like to come up with a report to submit to others without printing so many pages.

There isn't a filter to just show those absent for x number of days on this report. The first half of this report is the grid & the second half is all of the contact information.

Yes. The first report in the report list (depending on the edition of KidCheck you're using) is the MIA Report. It will show you graphically which families have been in attendance and which have been missing over time. Here is a screen shot of…
