Actually one my parents noticed that the name tags are no longer dark if the child has an allergy. What happened? It was a nice feature.

You can look up the child in the people tab and pull up their account. Then click on the "edit" link on their contact card. Then, you can edit the child's information in the pop-up window and click "Save Changes" in the top right corner.
