Scanner LS2208 not working after we used it one Sunday. Any information on that product or a better product?

Just happened to see your post about the scanner this morning. When you say it's not working, is it completely dead, or just not reading? Please clarify.

No the Scanner is not working at all its completely dead. I called Tech. Support December 15th and they will be sending out a replacement on December 29th, so hopefully we can start using the KidCheck product by the first of next year.
