Report Request/User Roles
I want to make two requests. One is new. One is a repeat. The problem stems from two issues. First, I have senior adults who both volunteer and who are paid employees. They can barely use the mouse to check-in, and still struggle to get it done after a month. While I could fairly easily set up a separate check-in template to track employees, I don't think those ladies can handle the transition, at least not yet.
Second, and this is somewhat related to the first issues. I currently have employees and volunteers checking into multiple locations. When I print the Employee/Volunteer Time Report, I only have two options. I can either print every location in the template. Or I can print each location individually. I would like to be able to print my choice of multiple locations from the template. It would make creating time reports exponentially easier as all of my employees only check-in to about five different locations. As it is, I'm pulling time reports from two different templates that include both paid and volunteer employees.
