Information, Resources and Updates for KidCheck Users

I have a question about long term numbers.  On the Kidcheck Home page, I see that the Total Number of Kids we have in the system is 304.  Obviously, that number includes several 1 time or short term visitors and even some duplicate records.  Since records are permanent and children always stay attached to our account once checked-in, do you have a setting in your system that routinely purges this number, say every 12 months, to better reflect the number of "active" kids associated with our account?

The statistics at the top of the dashboard really aren't intended to provide you with current enrollment information since every child care provider defines that differently. (that information is available through reports where you can define your own enrollment criteria) The intent behind those specific statistics was simply to help quantify the overall value of the system to a customer.
That's what I thought. I would love to have a report that would help me to readily pinpoint precise numbers but without kids names necessarily attached to it. I guess I'm looking for one very detailed summary report that would show numbers and graphs for last 30 days, last 12 months, and last 2 years for each individual location and all combined locations in a given template. I would also like it to give me average attendance during those same time periods for each individual location and all combined locations in a given template. Again, I don't want names here, just numbers. And it would be nice if all of this was in one report, not a dozen separate reports for each individual location. Does this make sense? I think it would help to chart and predict growth using one report where I am currently using the charts on the main page plus a combination of already existing attendance and roster reports.
I'd like to see a report feature like this also. It would allow church or business leadership to plan for growth or make adjustments where needed based on trend data.
