Printers Not Working
We have two check-in computers, both are different brands, but both have problems with consistently printing out labels. Sometimes the printers work and other times they don't. We don't know from service to service if labels are going to print or not. Does anyone else have this problem, or any suggestions on getting the printers to work every time?

This could potentially be a couple different things. One of the most common things that we see is a bad wireless connection. Even if your computers show full bars on your connection, that doesn't mean that the connection is always stable or that the data is being passed through correctly. A great way to test your connection is to go to pingtest.net and grade your internet connection. KidCheck will always run better on a wired connection because there is not risk in losing the signal intermittently.
Another possibility is you might need some updates for your computer. If you want to call support we could walk you through some different possibilities there.
