Pickup Procedures for Car Pooling Parents
Does anyone have a solution for picking up children after class for parents who want to car pool? The person who brings the children will receive the check-in receipt, but the other person picking up the children will not have the check-in receipt needed for pickup. We are experiencing this now during our VBS, and will also have the same issue when Awana starts in the fall.

One option might be to have the parents add each other as authorized guardians and then when the parent comes to pick the children up who doesn't have a receipt you could just scan the child's bar code and make sure that parent is listed as an authorized guardian.
