Parents checking into wrong class
We have 2 age group classes going on at the same time. The parent is to check which class the child is attending. Sometimes the wrong class is checked. Can I go back and change the class attended, and how?

If they are still checked in you can go into the admin console (click on the admin console link in the check-in screen) and it allows you to move them to a different location.
If you don't notice until later in the week you could edit the check-in logs. Go to the check-in tab and then click on check-in logs. You can create a new record with the correct location there and delete the old one.

We have this same issue. We have several classrooms available on a Sunday morning and no matter how many times we remind parents to be sure to check their kids into the correct classroom we have so many mistakes each week. I really wish KidCheck had an option for us to ASSIGN the kids to a classroom based on their birthdate. :)

I agree! I have 8 yrs olds getting checked into 2 yr old class! Why? Is it them being lazy or is there something we are doing wrong?

The easiest thing to do is use the Admin Console to move the kids to the correct class. Then when they are checked in next time, the correct class will be selected for the parents by default.
