Pager numbers listed on name tag
Is there a way to set it up so that the childs pager number is listed on their name tag?

KidCheck is actually already setup to do this. If a child is assigned a pager number, either manually per guardian, manually per child or automatically, the pager number is printed on the child's name tag right below their check-in location.
