Multiple volunteer check-in
Many households have multiple volunteers registered under the same phone number. When they go to check-in as a volunteer, currently each one has to individually go through the check-in process by entering the phone number and selecting themselves to check in as a volunteer.
It would be nice if you could display all the volunteers in the family on any of the guardian logins, that way they can check themselves in, check in their kids, and check in anyone else in their family that is a volunteer.

I agree! We have many husbands and wives who both serve as volunteers. This feature would be very nice.

Hi Keith, This question comes up often as there certainly are lots of families where both parents (and sometimes even the kids) volunteer. KidCheck is intentionally designed to be centered around 1 primary guardian for security reasons, and as you've noticed, the nature of this design requires both parents to have accounts and check in separately as volunteers.
Are you finding that the lack of this feature impacts your lines and the length of time it takes for families to check in? Our assumption is that most volunteers are checking in early, and not having much of an impact on lines or the number of check-in stations needed. But if you're experiencing something else, we would love to know about it.

No, it didn't really impact check in times because as you said most of the volunteers checked in early. It's more of a user convienence thing because now multiple individuals from the same household have to login vice one person logging in and selecting the children / parents checking in at once. I dont see the security risk when both individuals are guardians on the same account (in addition to more than likely sharing the same address & phone number).

We expect our volunteers to come in early; however, there are the few that do not come in early enough thereby adding to the lines. This feature would be awesome to have and would expedite the check in process not only for the volunteers working kidcheck but our volunteers checking in.
