Information, Resources and Updates for KidCheck Users
Many households have multiple volunteers registered under the same phone number. When they go to check-in as a volunteer, currently each one has to individually go through the check-in process by entering the phone number and selecting themselves to check in as a volunteer.
It would be nice if you could display all the volunteers in the family on any of the guardian logins, that way they can check themselves in, check in their kids, and check in anyone else in their family that is a volunteer.

Permalink Reply by Brad Hennessy on February 24, 2011 at 10:13am Hi Keith, This question comes up often as there certainly are lots of families where both parents (and sometimes even the kids) volunteer. KidCheck is intentionally designed to be centered around 1 primary guardian for security reasons, and as you've noticed, the nature of this design requires both parents to have accounts and check in separately as volunteers.
Are you finding that the lack of this feature impacts your lines and the length of time it takes for families to check in? Our assumption is that most volunteers are checking in early, and not having much of an impact on lines or the number of check-in stations needed. But if you're experiencing something else, we would love to know about it.
Thanks Keith!
