KidCheck Shortcut on Desktop

The icon is there but will not open, any suggestions.

You can try deleting it & re-running the desktop installer. (https://go.kidcheck.com/KidCheck/help/downloads.aspx) The shortcut is actually just a direct shortcut to Internet Explorer.

I've tried that several times and get the error message "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor."

Try saving the download on your desktop before you launch it.
