Permalink Reply by Ben Wickstrom on February 25, 2011 at 9:34am Unfortunately, the iPad/iPhone does not support Adobe Air or Java or have any USB ports for printers/scanners. It is very limited in the technology that is included in it. We have been able to get KidCheck to work on an iPad by using a remote desktop app and remoting in to a separate computer. It takes some setting up but it is possible (see picture below).
We have actually found that using any touchscreen interface can really slow down the check-in process. Especially if you need to add someone new. Typing on a touchscreen is significantly slower.
