I am new and trying to set up account for my kids. i have an account now how do i add them

Just click on the "My Account" tab, then below is a tab called "My Kids", click on that. Then there is an option for "Add a Child", make sure to save your changes. If you are having trouble seeing the tabs your internet browser might be out of date. Just go to the website of whatever browser you are using and download the latest version.

Are you using Internet Explorer? Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.... and make sure you have the latest version downloaded.
