Guardian account and Login account did not associate
There are a few members at my church that created guardian accounts and then decided to volunteer and created login accounts so they could be designated as volunteers. For some reason the system (either system error or because they didn't select the account to associate) the guardian and login accounts did not get associated. So now two accounts show up when they go to check in using their phone number.
As an administrator how do we fix this after the fact so that only one account shows up and the accounts are associated?

There's actually an easy fix. We just need to know who's account was re-created & we can merge them back.
The way that KidCheck does the Guardian & Login account merge when the user creates them separately is that it looks for similar phone numbers or e-mail addresses. If none of these match, then the system assumes this is a new person. So if the volunteer put in different information between the 2 accounts, it won't find a match.
We're working on a few things to help improve this process and make it easier to add in volunteers, but are a ways out still.
