Event Registration tab for parents or link to place on paper publications

We are a church that has a 1 week Vacation Bible School event registration available on KidCheck. We are promoting the event now and have been provided a weblink that can be emailed or placed on our website; however, we do not have a simple web address to print on our brochures nor is there an event tab to reference within the parent's account. I look forward to your assistance or ideas for quick and easy communication to our community.

Hi Erin. What I would recommend to simplify the link for registration is creating a simple link to your web site (ie "www.church.com/vbs") that has information about VBS and the link for KidCheck registration that parents can click to follow so they don't have to type it in. Unfortunately the link to KidCheck has to remain as is so we can validate which event the parent wants to sign up for.

As far as a tab for parents to click on to see what events are available for registration, keep in mind that KidCheck is a global system (not just limited to your church) from your parents perspective. So if we added an "Events" tab for parents to see, which customer's events do we show them? Because they (parents) can check into any facility that uses KidCheck at any time, this could be a list of tens of thousands of different events from churches and daycares in 5 different countries around the world. In addition, if we did do this, you may end up with parents in South Africa that have registered for your event, not understanding what they were signing up for.

Because of this we provide you with the link to the specific event registration page for your particular event so you can promote it within your organization and have complete control over the registration process.
