Event Registration

When searching the online support, I don't see a hyperlink for information on event registration.  I think this information would be used if it were available.  It would also benefit to have a help hyperlink within the kidcheck event tab so the user doesn't have to jump back to the home page to search online support documentation.

We have 4 events within KidCheck, 3 of which have an event capacity.  One of the events met its capacity of 15; however, a parent was able to register their child taking the event over capacity to 16 registered kids.  Isn't KidCheck supposed to bring up a 'sorry, this event is full' message if the event has reached capacity when they are trying to register?  If this isn't a current function, (1) could it be a future enhancements and (2) what do you suggest in the meantime.
