Correct a Child Checked into Incorrect Location

We often receive the question “How do I fix it when a child has been checked-in to the wrong location?”  

You can quickly and easily fix incorrect groups/rooms without having to check out and back in.  Plus, the update you make will show up at the following check-in, so the correct location will continue to be associated the next time.

• You need to be in check-in mode
• From there go to the admin console (link top right) 
• Choose the child that needs their location corrected and click options (far right side)
• You'll receive a drop down with the locations from which you can choose the correct one
• If you want you can print a new label right there. The new label will have the same security code as the original and now state the proper location
