Check-in not capping check-in once capcity is reached
I have my system set up to cap off nursery check-in once we reach our adult child ratio, but it isn't working. What should I trouble shoot?

You cannot shut off a check-in based on a adult/child ratio. That information is there really for informational purposes. However, you can set a room capacity and shut it off that way once the room fills up to a certain number that you select.
