Attendance Tracking
Part of the reason for checking in our kids at church is also to track families if they have been MIA. Do you have a report that can be run to list only the families that haven't checked in several weeks so that we can contact them to let them know we have missed them?

Yes. The first report in the report list (depending on the edition of KidCheck you're using) is the MIA Report. It will show you graphically which families have been in attendance and which have been missing over time. The MIA report is included in the Standard and Premium Editions of KidCheck.

Is there a way to just see those that have not attended for a certain amount of time? Without having to sort through those that have been present? And to also have corresponding contact information for them? I

There isn't a filter to just show those absent for x number of days on this report.
The first half of this report is the grid & the second half is all of the contact information.

I take it then that there isn't a way to show absent for x number of days anywhere else? I would like to come up with a report to submit to others without printing so many pages.

Currently there isn't any way to do this. This is actually simple in concept, but difficult to do since KidCheck collects information on who was here, not who wasn't here.
It's kind of like asking the system to "tell me everything about something you don't know anything about." (if you consider that there are about 150,000 people in KidCheck today and 149,700 of them DIDN'T check-in at your church last weekend...) So you can see the challenge in just seeing a list of who wasn't there. You'll notice on the report we generate, that each child that is listed has to have checked in at least once in the dates you specify (that's how we get our list of kids to display at all)
What I would recommend to get at the information you are looking for (which is pretty simple) is to export the report to Excel and then just sort the information as you wish.

You can export the MIA report into an Excel list. Once it is in that format, you can use the filter to show you just who is absent.
