I am so excited about the email received on Oct 29 that stated I could add volunteers even if they didn't have a login account. I've gone to the people tab and volunteer tab, but can't figure out how to do that. I click on the add volunteer and nothing happens. What am I missing?
They need to be in the system before you can add them as a volunteer. So just have your volunteers go to the check-in station & click the "I don't have a KidCheck account" link & just enter themselves in. Once the system takes them back to the check-in screen, you can just hit cancel at the bottom, but once they're in you can add them as a volunteer from the volunteer tab.
